Talk About It
Utilizing videos in your chiropractic marketing is becoming a prevalent technique to share valuable information with folks not only in your tiny corner of the world but all over. Making videos with content rich keywords in your chiropractic marketing can also help push your practice to a higher level.
From personal experience, I know that I really love watching videos on blogs, on Facebook and even looking YouTube for tutorials on how to do stuff myself. There is so much information available online that you can just about learn how to do anything in regards to social marketing, making a website or making up a blog. Videos are a great manner to make a connection between you and your chiropractic patients and prospective clients. Here are a few easy approaches to use videos in your chiropractic marketing and social networking.
Using videos in your blogs: Making it personal provides you the edge when communicating with your readers. Providing info with viewers not only captures attention and stirs up interest and it opens a chance creating an instant connection and familiarity, just as if you were having a chat with them in your office.
Websites: Placing a video on one of your website pages is undemanding to do but you will probably want to keep this a bit more professional.
Landing pages: A brief video used in this case is excellent as it gives you the opportunity to speak to a prospective patient before they go to your website.
Linking videos on Faceboook: If you’ve jumped on board the social media train then you perhaps have a Facebook page.
Connecting videos on Twitter: Might as well have a twitter page too, this is where delivering videos gets really simple, with a simple retweet any or all of your contacts can retweet your video link to all of their followers.
There are many teaching lessons thru the internet to coach you how to create your own videos. You don’t have to be a guru, begin small with an opening video from you to your viewers. Later on when you become more comfortable with chatting in front of a camera you can grow your content.
The content doesn’t always have to be connected to chiropractic marketing, but something you have accomplished and can share with others. For instance, I learned how to format a twitter background from a tutorial made by a guy whose career is real estate, but he employed that tutorial to help others and in turn he used it to network his business.
Adding videos to your existing chiropractic marketing efforts only enhances the opportunity of being seen by people seeking for great chiropractic care and even those who aren’t aware of chiropractic and all of its benefits.

A Pittsfield Chiropractor Suggests Tens Of Thousands Of People Suffer Due To Debilitating Headaches Each Day, Many From Migraines, Others Cluster, But The Majority Due To Tension Because Of Stress.
Ever have a headache so bad you thought your head would explode? You feel sick, have nausea and dizziness, intense head and neck pain, and even feel disoriented.
You are not alone. Millions of people suffer from debilitating headaches each day, some from migraine, others cluster, but most due to tension from stress. If you have no significant health issues, then there are 5 simple strategies you can use to reduce the pain associated with headaches and make your family life more enjoyable.
My first recommendation for minimizing headaches will even save you money. That’s a bonus! I always suggest to my chiropractic patients to reduce their caffeine intake. Coffee is usually the main culprit, but many times sodas, teas, energy drinks, and even “indulgence” foods like chocolate can be a huge contributor to your headaches. By reducing the intake of caffeine products, and replacing them with loads of fresh water, you can take a major step forward in reducing the intensity, duration, and frequency of your headaches.
Another suggestion that can save you money and prevent other health issues is to stop smoking. While the main culprit of cigarette smoking is nicotine, there are many other sources of nicotine to consider. Chewing tobacco, cigars, and even second-hand smoke (at someone house or in bars and clubs) can be a significant contributor to your headaches. Reducing exposure to nicotine is a critical decision to make as it will affect all area’s of your health.
Third tip is easy and something our parents preached to us as youngsters . Remember when your parents wished you a good night’s sleep? They were teaching you something valuable! A good night’s sleep, full of uninterrupted deep rest, goes a long way in reducing the duration and intensity of your headaches. It also helps with your immune system and overall health. Meditation helps reduce the overall stress in your life, so that you can get deep, quality sleep.
Next is plan a good diet. Eating healthy will allow your body (and internal systems) to function properly. A diet high in fresh fruits and vegetables, and low in red meat will help reduce inflammation and decrease headaches. Refine your eating habits as much as possible so that you improve your overall health and, at the same time, reduce your headache pain. Remember that a part of eating healthy is to drink copious amounts of water. Talk with your Pittsfield Chiropractor or nutritionist, or look at the US RDA recommendations for your height and body weight.
Finally, chiropractic manipulations can help relieve headache pain quickly. Many of our patients with severe headaches have had an issue with a spinal cord disc, an impinged nerve, other spinal interference, which when corrected immediately relieved the headache. Find a qualified, licensed chiropractor, who has expertise in relieving headaches. You should understand exactly what the Pittsfield Chiropractor can do to help your body start working properly again.
By utilizing these five simple steps, you will be well on your way to eliminating many of the causes of your headache pain.
