Since all the habits are adopted in early childhood, it is better to be a good example for your children, in case you have them. Living healthy also supposes provision of sufficient physical activity to your body. Sedentary life which is usual to many of us is very harmful not only for our shapes, but for our health as well. Certainly, if you have never had serious physical loads, it is reasonable not to undertake serious training in the very beginning.
